Individual Sessions: $130 per one-hour session

Couples Sessions: $145 per one-hour session

Family Sessions: $145 per one-hour session

Group Therapy: $40 per group session

Sliding Scale: $80-$100 per one-hour session

Empower Her Counseling reserves 25% of client appointments to serve the needs of those on a sliding scale fee schedule.

Phone consultations and email correspondence requiring more than 15 minutes will be prorated at the rate of $130 per hour

Empower Her Counseling accepts major insurance companies

All fees are required at the time of service. Empower Her Counseling accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Accounts (HSA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Please get in touch with your HSA or FSA company regarding questions related to covered funds.

For your convenience, Empower Her Counseling offers reminder texts and emails to notify you of your appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late cancellation fee of $75

If you do not arrive for your scheduled therapy appointment or you cancel between 0-6 hours of the appointment, you will be required to pay the full fee for the time of the appointment.
