MotivateMe is an empowerment group for adolescents ages 12-18. This 60-minute open group is offered in person. In this group, we focus on building skills to help teens with interpersonal skills, self-confidence, goal setting, understanding trauma, communication, boundaries, conflict resolution, and many more relevant topics. Eye movement desensitization & reprocessing
Empower Her Counseling offers Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing Therapy to help deal with past traumas or other distressing life events. This is offered virtually and in-person. Please reach out for more information on how to give this therapy technique a try!

The quick answer is no, not at this time. The goal is to begin accepting major insurances as soon as possible.
I currently offer Superbills. Superbills are invoices that you can give to your insurance company to possibly receive reimbursement.
