Additionally, I integrate the principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to enhance emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. My person-centered therapy approach emphasizes the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance and tailoring interventions to honor each individual's unique experiences and strengths.
